Job Description

As an Adobe Target Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Implement Adobe Target Recommendations & Automated Personalization - Develop Adobe.IO APIs - Integrate additional systems and expand the Adobe stack - Execute A/B tests and assist in test prioritization - Provide ongoing support for improving Target functionality - Engage in technical and functional discussions with both business and IT teams Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with Adobe Target and a strong understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud technologies - Proficiency in A/B testing and website personalization initiatives - Development skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Data layers - Possession of Adobe Target Certification - Ability to prioritize tasks and excel in a fast-paced environment - Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities - Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as product owners, technology teams, and marketing partners Nice to have: - Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Adobe DTM/Launch/Data Collection - Experience with Optimizely - Knowledge of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum - Exposure to Adobe Analytics tagging practices This job description outlines the responsibilities and qualifications required for the role.
