Job Description

As an Adobe Target professional at the A & SA level, your primary responsibilities will revolve around Adobe Target Recommendations & Automated Personalization. You will be expected to develop Adobe.IO APIs, integrate additional systems to build out the Adobe stack, and implement A/B tests while assisting in prioritizing testing efforts. Your role will also involve supporting an ongoing roadmap of Target improvements and actively participating in technical and functional discussions with both business and IT teams. To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with Adobe Target and demonstrate a good understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud technologies. Experience in A/B testing and site personalization efforts is crucial, along with proficiency in development skills such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Data layers. Holding an Adobe Target Certification is a must, and you should exhibit the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential, as well as the capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, technology teams, and marketing partners. While not mandatory, it would be advantageous to have a good understanding of Adobe Analytics, Adobe DTM/Launch/Data Collection, as well as experience with Optimizely and agile methodologies like Scrum. Familiarity with Adobe Analytics tagging would also be considered a plus in enhancing your contributions to the role.,
