Job Description

Role Overview

The AEM Developer will design, develop, and maintain Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions, including custom components, workflows, and integrations.
The role involves enhancing content management processes, integrating AEM with external systems, and ensuring high performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

AEM Development & Customization

Develop and maintain custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and tools.
Build and optimize custom AEM workflows and schedulers.
Work with AEM content fragments and experience fragments for structured content delivery.

Integration & Automation

Integrate AEM with external systems using REST APIs and GraphQL.
Automate content management operations to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Performance & Troubleshooting

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, optimizing application performance.
Maintain JCR repository, utilize JCR Query Builder, and manage content indexing.

Collaboration & Agile Practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
Document technical specifications, design decisions, and user guides.
