Job Description:

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in AEM development, architecture, and integration, along with strong leadership and communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge digital transformation projects for global clients.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement AEM-based solutions including components, templates, workflows, and integrations Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and mentor junior developers Optimize AEM performance and ensure scalability, reliability, and security of solutions Integrate AEM with third-party systems such as CRM, analytics, and marketing platforms Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to IBMs development standards and best practices

Required Skills: 7–10 years of experience in web application development, with at least 4+ years in AEM Strong proficiency in AEM 6.x architecture, components, templates, and workflows Expertise in Java, J2EE, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and RESTful services Experience with AEM integrations (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Campaign) Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications: Adobe Certified Expert – AEM Developer Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
