Adobe Experience Manager Consultant

You will be responsible for implementing solutions, ensuring adherence to non-functional requirements, and maintaining quality standards. You will lead a team in the technology implementation of solutions and assist in setting up quality processes such as static code analyzers and code review tools. It will be your responsibility to ensure the team follows design principles, design patterns, technology trends, coding trends, and best coding practices. Additionally, you will specify and implement non-functional requirements like performance, scalability, availability, and manage 3rd party integrations to Adobe AEM solution. Leading the technology evaluation, scalability analysis, and tool selection will also be part of your role. You will develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers at key clients, manage client interactions, and collaborate with other architects to define clean, well-designed contracts and best practices. Understanding business requirements and validating technical feasibility for each requirement will be crucial. You will submit proposals related to Web Content Management and Portal solutions. Developing practical solutions and methodologies, creating "point of view" documents, and participating in public speaking events are also expected from you. You will serve clients through various types of work, including Digital Customer, Digital Experience, Flexible Consumption, Digital Foundry, and DigitalMix. Qualifications for this role include a professional qualification in B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS or other graduation, a minimum of 3 years of experience working on Adobe Experience Manager, and knowledge of Agile Scrum Basics. Experience with AEM platform, Agile Scrum Backlog Management systems, and working on AEM implementation projects is required. Additionally, you should have experience working with offshore and onshore teams, knowledge of testing lifecycle management, and good analytical and problem-solving skills. Nice to have skills include development or testing experience and exposure to AEM technical knowledge.,
