Job Description

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Architect AEM solutions, including components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
Configure and optimize
Dispatcher
for caching, security, and performance.
Implement best practices for
security and performance
across AEM environments.
Manage
AEM Assets
and metadata strategies for efficient content governance.
Plan and execute
content migration
from legacy systems.
Recommend approaches for modernizing legacy code and transitioning to AEMaaCS.
Provide technical leadership on
OSGi
,
Sling
, and
JCR
concepts.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of
AEM fundamentals
(OSGi, Sling, JCR).
Hands-on experience with
Dispatcher configuration and optimization
.
Expertise in
security, performance tuning
, and metadata management.
Familiarity with
content migration
processes and tools.
Ability to guide modernization and
cloud adoption strategies
.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with
Headless AEM
, SPA Editor, and Adobe Cloud Manager.
Knowledge of Adobe Target, Analytics, or related tools.
