Job Description

As a professional responsible for supporting and maintaining customers" Adobe Campaign Classic platform, you will be handling tickets in the Production environment and performing Root Cause Analysis on recurring issues to provide permanent fixes. Your role will involve monitoring workflow and taking corrective actions, as well as coordinating system-related activities between users and multiple technical teams. Additionally, you will be tasked with the upkeep and maintenance of Adobe Campaign application servers and coordinating with DBAs. Your expertise should include 4 to 5 years of support and development experience with Adobe Campaign Classic (Neolane), along with proficiency in working with various Adobe Campaign modules such as Message Centre, Content Manager, and FDA. You should also possess knowledge and experience in programming languages like HTML, XML, JavaScript, and SQL, as well as integrating Adobe Campaign with other systems. Basic familiarity with SQL and Unix is required for this role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective coordination with end customers. Willingness to travel when necessary may be required due to direct interaction with customers. Additionally, having the Adobe Campaign Classic Developer Expert certification would be considered a plus. In summary, the role involves providing support and maintenance for Adobe Campaign Classic platform, handling tickets, performing RCA, monitoring workflows, coordinating system-related activities, and ensuring the upkeep of application servers.
