Admission Officer

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Handle student inquiries and provide accurate information on courses, eligibility, and application processes.

🔹 Assist students in selecting suitable programs based on their academic background and career goals.

🔹 Manage the end-to-end admission process, including application filing, document verification, and follow-ups.

🔹 Communicate with universities and colleges for application status, requirements, and updates.

🔹 Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/portal systems regularly.

🔹 Guide students in preparing necessary documents such as SOPs, financials, and academic papers.

🔹 Coordinate with the visa team for smooth transition from admission to visa filing.

🔹 Provide timely updates to students, parents, and counselors.

🔹 Meet weekly and monthly targets as per company expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Business, or related is a plus).

✔ Prior experience in admissions, counselling, or study abroad industry preferred.

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

✔ Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple student files simultaneously.

✔ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.

✔ Positive attitude and student-first approach.
