Admissions Officer

As an Admissions Officer for international students, your role involves efficiently processing student admissions, ensuring timely and accurate assessment of applications against set criteria such as the Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) framework. Your responsibilities include preparing and analyzing data for reporting, maintaining an excellent understanding of University programs, and suggesting improvements to enhance application turnaround time. Additionally, you will handle inquiries, provide information on program details, fees, visas, and scholarships, while updating student records accurately in the database. Key Responsibilities: - Process admission of international students by assessing applications against set entrance criteria and the GTE framework. - Analyze data for internal and external reporting and ensure timely assessment of applications. - Recommend qualifications for recognition by the University and suggest improvements in admissions procedures. - Handle inquiries and provide information on program details, fees, visas, and scholarships. - Update student records, manage notifications, and provide support to the International Admissions Manager and recruitment team. Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of international qualifications assessment and Genuine Temporary Entrant criteria in tertiary education. - Strong skills in handling detailed information, working with complex systems, and analyzing data. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and in a team, manage workloads, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing practices. - Experience in office environments, managing administrative tasks accurately and efficiently. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers a salary range of 4.00 to 5.00 lacs per annum for this position based in New Delhi.
