Admissions Counselor/ Senior Business Development Executive /TL (Product Management)

Your role as a Senior Business Development Executive /TL (Product Management): As a Senior Business Development Executive /TL (Product Management), you will: Lead and Motivate the Team: - Supervise and guide a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets. - Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to the team. Drive Sales Performance: - Plan and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals. - Monitor KPIs and ensure consistent team performance. Client Management: - Identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships. - Address client queries to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
