Admissions Counselor

Job Description of an Admission Counselor:

● Handle and ensure all admission-related inquiries and procedures (walk-ins, phone calls, emails, online leads) complying with school policies & education board regulations.

· Schedule and coordinate entrance tests, interviews, and orientation sessions.

· Manage and coordinate the student admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.

· Assist parents in completing the admission formalities, documentation, and application procedures.

● Organize and conduct parent school visits and campus tours to showcase infrastructure and activities.

● Act as the primary point of contact for parent communication, including managing WhatsApp groups.

● Send bulk WhatsApp messages and make emergency announcements across parent groups to ensure timely communication.

● Maintain and update accurate student records, follow-up trackers, and parent databases, including alumni.

● Coordinate social media activities to enhance the school’s digital presence and parent outreach.

● Support parent engagement initiatives, events, and feedback mechanisms.

● Assist in preparing reports and data tracking related to admissions, enrolment trends of previous years, and parent interactions. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
