Schedule: Rotational shifts (any 8 hours between 8 AM to 8 PM)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Admissions Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students and parents on available programs (JEE, NEET, Foundation), convert enquiries into admissions, and consistently meet monthly enrolment targets.

Job Responsibilities:

* Counsel students and parents on JEE, NEET, and Foundation programs

* Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and online enquiries

* Follow up with leads and ensure conversion to admissions

* Meet monthly admissions targets

Job Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in the education or coaching sector

* Strong communication and counselling skills

* Ability to work in a target-driven environment
