Role Overview:

Admissions & Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support:

  Handle routine office administration, maintain records, manage communication, and ensure smooth internal operations.

• University Application Coordination:

  Assist students with form filling, documentation, and application submission to various universities in India and abroad.

• Student Support:

  Follow up with students regarding required documents, deadlines, and status updates.

• Digital Marketing Coordination:

  Liaise with external marketing agencies, track campaign progress, ensure timely updates, and maintain promotional data.

• Reporting & Tracking:

  Maintain trackers for student applications, marketing performance, and operational activities.

• Communication Management:

  Draft and respond to emails, coordinate with parents, students, and institutional partners.

• Event & Session Coordination:

  Support in organizing seminars, workshops, and student interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Commerce, Management, or Communication background).
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Prior experience in administrative or education-related roles will be an advantage.
