Admissions Advisor

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Admission Advisor to guide prospective students in choosing the right programs and support them throughout the enrollment process. This role focuses on student counseling, managing inquiries, consistent follow-ups, and achieving monthly admission targets.

Note: All applicants are required to submit a short self-introduction video.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to prospective students to help them select programs aligned with their academic and career goals
• Assist students throughout the enrollment process and clarify program details, benefits, and procedures
• Meet monthly counseling and admission targets
• Communicate effectively with students via calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual sessions
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure smooth conversion from inquiry to enrollment
• Keep accurate records of student interactions and progress in the CRM
• Collaborate with marketing, academic, and support teams to ensure a seamless admission experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, academic counseling, or sales
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance
• Target-driven, organized, and proactive with follow-ups
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
• Mandatory: Submission of a short self-introduction video

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
