Admission Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and student-focused Admission Officer to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will handle the complete admission process, guide students through documentation and application stages, and ensure smooth coordination between students, institutions, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle student inquiries and provide accurate information on courses, eligibility, and application processes.
- Assist students in selecting suitable programs based on their academic background and career goals.- Manage the end-to-end admission process, including application filing, document verification, and follow-ups.- Communicate with universities and colleges for application status, requirements, and updates.- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/portal systems regularly.- Guide students in preparing necessary documents such as SOPs, financials, and academic papers.- Coordinate with the visa team for smooth transition from admission to visa filing. - Provide timely updates to students, parents, and counselors.-Meet weekly and monthly targets as per company expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Business, or related is a plus).
✔ Prior experience in admissions, counselling, or study abroad industry preferred.✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.✔ Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple student files simultaneously.✔ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.✔ Positive attitude and student-first approach.

Pay: ₹12,239.16 - ₹21,309.39 per month
