Admission Officer – UK & Australia

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one counseling to students about academic programs, admission criteria, and career pathways in the UK and Australia.
• Assist students with university selection, documentation, and end-to-end application processing.
• Guide students on writing SOPs, obtaining LORs, and preparing financial documents.
• Track application statuses, follow up with universities, and ensure timely offer letters.
• Coordinate the visa application process in accordance with CAS (UK) and GTE (Australia) requirements.
• Stay updated with latest university updates, course offerings, deadlines, and visa rules.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, universities, and internal team members.
• Accurately maintain student records using CRM or internal systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Management, or Humanities preferred).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in international education or overseas admissions (UK/Australia focus preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple student profiles at once.
• Familiarity with ApplyBoard, UCAS, or direct university portals is an advantage.
