About the RoleResponsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with high-volume customers by providing career counseling to students and parents, guiding them to select suitable courses at Lakshya.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales and referral targets in an individual contributor capacity.
  • Engage with customers in person to explain the range of courses offered by Lakshya.
  • Convert potential leads received through calls or marketing channels into admissions.
  • Identify and generate new leads through referrals from existing customers to strengthen the sales pipeline.
  • Record and update daily sales activities using CRM tools and Google Forms.
  • Address objections effectively, manage price negotiations, and close sales to achieve revenue goals.
  • Demonstrate excellent counseling skills and expertise in academic sales by resolving queries related to courses, fees, and admissions.
  • Provide comprehensive guidance to prospective students and their parents about the Lakshya learning experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong understanding of customer (student/parent) behavior and needs.
  • Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and committed to achieving and surpassing business targets.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam, with a professional approach.
  • Willingness to work six days a week.

Preferred:

  • Minimum of 1 year of B2C Sales experience, preferably in the education sector.

Experience

  • 0 to 4 years of experience in B2C sales.
  • Compensation: Fixed pay with attractive monthly incentives based on sales performance.
