Role Description:

The AO must be capable of working independently as a Regional Recruitment Officer for the assigned country.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role to effectively guide B2B agents, provide product knowledge, conduct training for their teams, and maintain strong coordination with channel partners throughout the applicant lifecycle.

This position also involves direct interaction with students and agents, building and nurturing partnerships, and contributing to strengthening TGA’s presence in the region. Key duties include student recruitment, delivering informational sessions, assisting with documentation, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with international university representatives to meet recruitment targets.

Qualifications:

• BBA/MBA in the relevant field (preferred). Fresh graduate may apply.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Should maintain a professional, customer-service-oriented attitude, demonstrating humility, patience, and the ability to engage effectively with students, agents, and university partners.
