Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Course Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable academic and professional courses based on their interests, qualifications, and career aspirations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a student-first mindset, and a good understanding of educational programs and career trends. Key Responsibilities: · Counsel students and parents on course options, program structures, career pathways, and enrollment procedures. · Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions via phone, email, in-person, or virtual platforms. · Understand student needs and recommend appropriate programs or courses. · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available programs, and admission requirements. · Follow up with leads and prospective students to convert inquiries into enrollments. · Assist students with the application process and ensure timely document submission. · Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to improve lead quality and conversion. · Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student data in the CRM system.
