Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Officer,locate in Thrissur. The Admission Officer will oversee and manage daily admissions-related activities, including guiding prospective students through the admission process, addressing inquiries, and providing detailed information about AESL’s courses and programs. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with the educational counseling team, ensuring a seamless student enrollment experience, and maintaining updated documentation of admission records.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students and parents.
• Experience in Admissions or familiarity with admission processes within the education sector.
• Customer Service expertise, ensuring a high standard of responsiveness and support to prospective students.
• Background or understanding of the Education industry, particularly in test-preparation or academic admissions.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred; prior admissions or counseling experience would be an advantage.
