Job Description

Role & responsibilities To organize, plan and offer support to the franchisee partners by conducting all activities necessary in pursuing business strategy, organization policies and norms. To support and guide franchisee on on-boarding process and compliances of Shanti Juniors. Responsible for development and management of franchisee centers. Drive & Review franchise performance ensures achievement of revenue targets Ensure timely collection of payments from franchises. Support conduct of centre audits and review areas for improvement. Ensure training of franchisee staff and provide support for the Inauguration and ensure a smooth flow of the Event.. Manpower planning of franchisee. Support and participate in business development activities including institutional tie-ups with Franchisee. Preparing Admission projections & forecasting Proficient Compliance and maintenance of Standards (SOP) across locations, products and resources Research & Trend analysis of the local market on various products for aligning sales efforts Design the overall Admission process to increase conversion at every step of the funnel Manage weekly, monthly and quarterly pipeline reviews, training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and knowledge sharing Develop a strong pipeline of new Inquiries through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting Analyzing and sharing active feedback about the customer experience, markets demands and competition to the marketing team Will be responsible to plan the regular visits to the franchise centers on monthly basis based on the planner approved by the respective head of the department. Will be responsible for the royalty calculation and fees calculation as per the company standards and agreement done with the Business partners. Will be responsible for the overall training of the counselor at the time of SEAT placement according to the Core Counselling Process of Shanti Juniors. Will brief the business partner on the Marketing Reimbursement Policy with Terms & Conditions and help in framing the plan for the complete year. Will demonstrate live counseling sessions for 2-4 days with the walk-ins at the ICC centres to generate admissions as and when required. Will ensure mandatory presence of a counselor in each centre and recruitment of the same whenever required. Will conduct telephonic interviews for the recruitment of new counselors at centres and then forward/call the shortlisted candidate for an interview with the Zonal Manager. Directly responsible to generate admission inquiries and convert them into foot falls at the Center Will be responsible to ensure that all actions required for the centre Inauguration are carried out as per the task list. Any deviations will be brought up immediately to the notice of the Zonal Manager-BDA and then immediately coordinate to get the tasks complete before the event. Preferred candidate profile Should possess excellent communication and presentation kills. Should be well versed with MS Office and PowerPoints Should have good counseling and admission development experience If from the preschool background will be added advantage Should be willing to travel.
