Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Admission Manager to join our dynamic team. The Admission Manager will guide students and their families throughout the college and university admissions process, helping them make well-informed decisions based on academic goals, interests, and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

:1. Student Consultation: Consult with students to assess their academic background, career goals, and preferences. Provide guidance in selecting academic programs and institutions tailored to their aspirations.2. Institutional Knowledge: Maintain updated knowledge of colleges, courses, admission requirements, and scholarships (domestic and international). Guide students on exams, application deadlines, and eligibility.3. Interview Preparation: Help students prepare for college interviews by conducting mock interviews and offering feedback.4. Follow-Up & Support: Provide support post-application submission and keep students informed on status. Act as a consistent point of contact for students and parents throughout the admissions journey.5. Documentation & Reporting: Keep detailed records of student interactions and application progress. Share regular updates and reports with senior management.?

Required Qualifications

: Bachelors degree in any field. Proven experience as an Admission Counsellor, Academic Advisor, or in a similar role within the education sector. Strong understanding of admissions processes for Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs. Familiarity with global education systems and admission requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
