Key Responsibilities:

Student Counselling & Mobilization

• Counsel and guide students on the importance of IELTS training for overseas education.
• Conversion of leads through line-ups ,local outreach activities and cold callings from the database provided.

Students Outreach

• Conversion of leads through line-ups ,local outreach activities and cold callings from the database provided.
• Conduct informational sessions, seminars, and webinars to attract potential students.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure conversions from

  inquiry to enrollment

  .
• Conduct student outreach activities at colleges, institutes, and local communities to promote IELTS programs.
• Handle student objections confidently and

  close admissions

  in a timely manner.
• Guide students through the

  registration

  and

  enrollment process

  ensuring a smooth experience.

Operational & Administrative Tasks

• Maintain accurate records of enrollments, classes, and feedback.
• Assist in marketing activities such as social media promotions or campus events.
• Collaborate with the Study Abroad team for integrated student support.
• Report weekly performance metrics to management.

• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Passion for education, student engagement, and training management.
• Sound Knowledge in MS Office, LMS, and Google Workspace.
