Admission Counselor(Female)

Key Requirements:

• Female candidates only. Immediate joining.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Admission Officer in a reputed school in Bengaluru.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English & Kannada speaking
• Residing within a 10km radius of Sarjapur, Banglore is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with computer knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist prospective students and parents in the admission process.
• Provide information about our school's programs, facilities, and admission requirements.
• Conduct counseling sessions to understand students' aspirations and help them with decision making.
• Make cold calls and generate leads to boost admissions.
• Maintain accurate reports and data related to inquiries and conversions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
• Collaborate with the other departments to meet enrollment targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gunjur, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
