Admission Counselor

Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and respond to student inquiries through phone calls, helping them explore suitable UG/PG programs and understand the complete admission roadmap.
• Drive meaningful interactions with prospective students, nurturing leads through timely follow-ups and delivering counselling sessions that inspire confidence and clarity.
• Keep student profiles and lead progress updated in the CRM system, ensuring every interaction is documented and traceable.
• Consistently work towards monthly admission numbers by applying a thoughtful, student-focused counselling approach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience of up to 2 years in education counselling, sales, or related fields is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
• A proactive attitude with strong listening skills and the ability to build trust quickly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
