Provide personalized guidance on undergraduate and postgraduate programs that best align with individual aspirations. Oversee the complete admissions lifecycle—from initial contact to enrollment and ongoing post-admission support. Foster strong relationships by offering honest, need-based consultation and building trust throughout the process. Ensure all student interactions and follow-ups are accurately documented using CRM systems. Desired Candidate Profile: A bachelor's degree in any field (candidates with education or MBA qualifications are preferred). 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in EdTech sales, admission counseling, or business development. Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. A results-driven attitude combined with a genuine interest in supporting student success. Comfort working in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment.
