Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor located in Hyderabad. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, providing information about the academy's programs, assisting with the admissions process, and guiding students to make informed decisions about their education. The role involves conducting interviews, responding to inquiries, and facilitating communications between students and other departments within the academy.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents about academic programs, eligibility, and admission procedures across multiple

  universities

• Handle inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
• Convert student leads into successful enrollments through effective follow-up.
• Guide students through the complete admission journey—from course selection to final enrollment.
• Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate student records.
• Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to team goals.
• Represent TEKS in education fairs, webinars, and outreach activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Experience in the Education sector or related field
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
