Job Description

Job Opening: Admission Counselor

Location: Noida, Sector 62 (WFO)
Role: Admission Counselor (Sales)
Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate
Experience: 0 to 6 months (Freshers Welcome)

Job Responsibilities:

Counsel students on available courses, test series, and mentorship programs.
Explain course benefits and guide students in making informed decisions.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and follow up with potential students.
Convert inquiries into enrollments by addressing student queries and concerns.
Maintain strong relationships with students and provide post-enrollment support.
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in handling student inquiries and objections.
A positive attitude with a passion for sales and education.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM or sales tools (preferred but not mandatory).
