Job Title: Admission Counselor
Location: Crimson Schools, Hyderabad-St.MIchaels School

Role Summary:
We are looking for a confident and presentable Admission Counselor with excellent English and communication skills to guide prospective parents and students through the admissions process. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and goal-driven, with a passion for education and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound admission inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Schedule and conduct school visits and admission counseling sessions.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments through engaging communication.
• Manage the entire admission process: applications, assessments, document collection, and fee processing.
• Keep updated on school offerings to clearly communicate benefits to parents.
• Generate leads through referrals, outreach activities, and local events.
• Assist with planning and executing marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems and generate reports.
• Coordinate with the Sales Head on admissions-related issues and updates.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (education or business is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in school admissions or counseling.
• Excellent English, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, persuasive, and comfortable working with targets.
• Strong organizational and data management abilities.
