Admission Counselor

You will be working as an Admission Counselor at our Thiruvalla office, a leading Edu portal Pvt. Ltd. Company. Your main responsibility will be guiding students efficiently in education-related matters. The ideal candidate we are looking for should have experience in admission guidance, career counseling, and abroad education counseling. You will be managing a student application portfolio and ensuring regular follow-up to maintain a positive relationship with them. Motivating and managing students through positive relationship management will be a key aspect of your role. Your duties will include counseling students and parents, making calls to potential candidates, and closing new leads. You will also be responsible for following up with inquiries via our database and understanding the different admissions policies of our clients. Collaboration and teamwork are essential, as you will need to work effectively within a team. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. Additionally, there is a performance bonus structure in place. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for candidates with experience in career counseling for at least 1 year. Proficiency in languages such as Hindi and English is required, while knowledge of Malayalam is preferred.,
