Qualifications and Skills

• Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with students and parents.

• Ability to solve problems and handle various scenarios that may arise during the admission process.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure all application requirements are met correctly.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple student cases and documentation.
• Sales skills to promote our services and assist in student enrollment.
• A solid knowledge of the admissions process to provide accurate and helpful information.
• Empathy to understand student and parent concerns and provide appropriate support.

Qualifications:

• An Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in any related field may be preferred
• 0-1 years of experience for entry-level positions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
• Ability work long hours during peak recruiting seasons
• Passion for education and a deep understanding of the admissions process
• A positive and enthusiastic personality with a knack for building rapport with students

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
