About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and highly driven Female Admission cum Centre Manager with 1–2 years of proven experience in managing operations, counselling, and business development for a vocational training, education centre or Beauty & Wellness. The role demands strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to ensure superior student and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel and convert walk-in and enquiry leads into admissions
• Manage the centre’s day-to-day operations efficiently
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of centre functioning
• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to generate enquiries
• Ensure prompt follow-up and conversion of leads
• Prepare and implement the monthly business plan for the centre
• Supervise the smooth conduct of classes and faculty schedules
• Monitor student attendance and academic progress
• Maintain a positive and engaging centre environment for students and staff
• Drive internal course upgrades and upskilling initiatives
• Oversee inventory, stock of consumables, and product requirements
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the entire centre
• Submit timely reports to the management and adhere to operational standards

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10+2, Graduate or Postgraduate (preferred in Management / Education / Retail / Hospitality)
• 1–2 years of proven experience in Counselor, centre management or similar role
• Excellent communication, counselling, and leadership skills
• Strong business acumen and marketing orientation
• Energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused
