Admission Counselor

Role Overview: As an Admission Counsellor at KLAY, India's leading chain of Preschools and Daycare centers, your primary responsibility will be to meet prospective parents, address their queries, and convert them into admissions for the center. You will play a crucial role in supporting the school with admission generation by strategizing marketing initiatives and achieving monthly admission targets. Key Responsibilities: - Meet prospective parents, address their queries, and convert them into admissions for the center. - Manage all CRM (Salesforce) reports efficiently. - Develop marketing strategies and implement them in coordination with regional teams to generate new admissions. - Plan advertising, event, and publicizing strategies in alignment with the Head office. - Meet assigned admission targets on a monthly basis. - Follow up on all withdrawals and gather insights into the reasons behind them. - Collect data of all enquiries, categorize them based on age group, and manage them effectively. - Travel to various centers in Mumbai as required. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Psychology, Education, Arts, Commerce, or a related field preferred. - Proficiency in MS Office and Tally is essential. - 4 to 7 years of experience in admission counseling, preferably in a pre-school, activity center, or school environment. - Understanding of the education industry vertical is a plus.
