Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor, located in Ambala. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, including counseling on study options, course selection, application processes, and visa filing. They will maintain updated knowledge of overseas education systems, provide transparent guidance, manage documentation, and handle case follow-ups. Continuous communication with students and parents to ensure a smooth admission experience is crucial.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Counseling, Advising, and Mentoring
• Knowledge of Overseas Education Processes and Visa Filling
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Strong Organizational and Documentation Management skills
• Ability to Handle Refusal Cases and Provide Transparent Guidance
• Experience in Education Counseling or related field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
