Roles & Responsibilities

As a Visa Counselor, you will be handling the end-to-end process of student and immigration visa applications. Responsibilities include:

Counseling students and clients for visa options.

Understanding client profiles and suggesting suitable programs or destinations

Managing documentation and application processes for various countries

Liaising with universities, embassies, and immigration departments

Keeping updated with latest immigration rules and education policies

Maintaining CRM entries and following up with leads regularly

Ensuring a high conversion rate and client satisfaction
