Admission Counselor in Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Engage prospective students via inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other channels to counsel them on NMIMS online MBA / BBA programs
• Qualify leads based on eligibility, need, timeline, and readiness
• Fully explain program structure, curriculum, faculty, fee structure, admission process, placement support, ROI, etc.
• Address objections, provide clarity, and build trust
• Maintain regular follow-ups and manage lead nurturing until conversion
• Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment/revenue targets
• Use and update CRM rigorously (lead status, notes, follow-ups, disposition)
• Generate reports and dashboards to track performance, conversion rates, drop-offs, etc.
• Liaise with NMIMS’s admissions/academic/operations team for documentation, approvals, queries, and escalations
• Suggest process improvements to enhance conversion rates and student experience
