Institutions: 15+ | Programmes: 80+ | Students: 17000+ Support students on call in their application process, selection of courses, and meeting application deadlines. Provide them information about financial aid, scholarships, programs. Counselling for all programs offered by CMRU Counselling Students for admissions. Follow up for payment for registration and subsequent instalment payment. Review the student’s application for the eligibility and academic qualification. Maintaining admitted student’s data base and coordinate with Admission counsellors for student data and admissions Participate in BTL activities (Career fairs, Seminars) throughout Karnataka and sometimes out station Should be Hands on with Google suite (Google docs, forms, sheets etc.) Requirements: Proficiency in Kannada language (speaking) is preferable Knowledge of MS Office is mandatory. Candidate should have at least 1-3 years’ experience in tele-counselling, customer support or marketing related activities. Education industry preferred.
