We are looking for a friendly and motivated Admission Counselor to help families choose the best start for their child’s education.

Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries from prospective parents via phone, email, or in-person visits. Guide parents through the admission process, explaining programs, curriculum, fees, and policies. Schedule and conduct campus visits, tours, and admission meetings. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system. Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and relationship building. Collaborate with teachers and management to ensure smooth onboarding of new students. Participate in admission drives, workshops, or open house events.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate; degree in Education, or related field preferred. Previous experience in admissions, counseling, or customer service is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and patient demeanor with parents and children. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email) with a passion for early childhood education. Key Competencies: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups. High level of organization and attention to detail. Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
