Admission Counsellor/Tele sales

Job Overview:

The Admission Counselor (Tele Sales) will be responsible for handling student inquiries, guiding prospective students about courses, and achieving admission/enrollment targets through effective counseling and tele-calling. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion abilities, and a student-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
• Counsel students on academic programs, eligibility, and admission processes.
• Convert inquiries into admissions by explaining course features, benefits, and career outcomes.
• Maintain follow-up with potential students via calls, messages, and emails.
• Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets.
• Maintain proper records of inquiries, leads, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with the admission and academic team for smooth onboarding of students.
• Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and campaigns when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in tele-sales, counseling, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
