Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and empathetic Admissions Counsellor to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping students navigate the complex journey of studying abroad. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a consultative approach to sales, enabling students to identify the right academic path and access the necessary support services. Your goal will be to build lasting relationships and drive meaningful student outcomes. This is an on-site full-time position, working hours being Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students through the entire study abroad journey — from university selection to application submission.
• Offer personalized support on university shortlisting, loan assistance, visa documentation, and application timelines.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with students and provide post-service follow-ups to gather feedback and reviews.
• Consistently meet or exceed performance targets and contribute to the team's overall success.

• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Empathy, patience, and a student-focused mindset are essential.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
