Need immediate joiners
1. Counselling prospective students and guiding them about the different UG & PG courses offered.
2. Counselling through Data Calling, online chat server.
3. Advise students on specific degree programs and admission procedures.
4. Collect the feedback from the participants and consolidate the same
5. Handling queries over telephone
6. Converting leads to admission.
7. Recording and maintaining and calling on given leads
8. Maintaining telephonic and walk-in record for the day
1. Proven experience of counselling in the education sector or a related industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant technology tools.
5. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
