Position: Admission Counsellor
Location: Delhi

• Key Responsibilities

Guide students through the entire admission process for international universitiesEnsure accurate documentation and timely submission of applicationsAchieve monthly application targets set by the admissions teamActively communicate with candidates via phone, email, and in person to offer prompt assistanceMaintain applicant data and status updates in the CRM systemProvide support and follow-ups for offer letters, conditional/unconditional acceptances, and visa documentsCoordinate with university partners, internal departments, and students to ensure smooth workflowDeliver exceptional candidate experience through responsiveness and reliabilityParticipate in training programs to stay updated with admission processes and university guidelinesRepresent Worldify at education fairs, webinars, and in-house events as neededRequirements
Bachelor’s degree (required); education or administration background is a plusMinimum 1 year of experience in admissions, counselling, or international education (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)Good command of English (written and spoken)Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under deadlinesStrong interpersonal and organizational skillsWillingness to commute or relocate to Janakpuri, DelhiTraining & SupportComprehensive training will be provided on international application processes, documentation, CRM usage, and communication standardsYou will be mentored and supported throughout your learning curve.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
