Senior Admission Counsellor / Educational Consultant

Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven, empathetic, and highly communicative Experiend Admission Counsellor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary face of our institution, managing the end-to-end enrollment pipeline. You will engage with prospective students and parents, understand their educational goals, and help them make informed enrollment decisions. The ideal candidate has strong counseling skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and a proven track record in student recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Conversion: Promptly follow up on inquiries via phone calls, emails, and in-person consultations to convert prospects into successful enrollments.
• Student & Parent Counselling: Conduct detailed consultations to understand student aspirations, address queries, and present our educational programs effectively.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate, up-to-date database of all leads, active follow-ups, and enrollment statuses within the CRM.
• Relationship Building: Establish strong rapport and maintain continuous engagement with families throughout the entire decision-making process.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly intake targets while maintaining the highest standard of service and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as an Admission Counsellor, Academic Consultant, Inside Sales Executive, or similar customer-facing role in the education sector.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade effectively.
• Interpersonal Skills: High emotional intelligence, active listening abilities, and a patient, problem-solving approach.
• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable working with modern CRM software, communication tools, and data sheets.
• Drive: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

• Full-time role
• May require flexible hours or weekend availability during peak admission seasons.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Academic counselling: 2 years (Preferred)
