Admission Counsellor

Paper Plane Preschool is looking for a confident, proactive, and parent-friendly Admission Counsellor to manage admission enquiries, follow up with prospective parents, conduct parent meetings, and convert leads into confirmed admissions.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships with parents while achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with admission leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Connect with prospective parents, understand their requirements, and provide relevant information about the preschool.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with parents and coordinate school visits.
• Explain the preschool's curriculum, facilities, activities, fee structure, and admission process.
• Convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions through effective counselling and regular follow-ups.
• Maintain a database of leads, follow-up status, parent interactions, and admission conversions.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with interested parents and minimise missed admission opportunities.
• Handle parent queries professionally and build positive relationships with families.
• Coordinate with the school team to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to the overall growth of the preschool.
• Prepare daily reports on enquiries, follow-ups, school visits, and confirmed admissions.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in admission counselling, sales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and lead-conversion abilities.
• Comfortable speaking with parents over calls and conducting face-to-face meetings.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp communication.
• Organised, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads.
• Previous experience in a preschool, school, or educational institution will be an advantage.

Working Days and Timings

• Tuesday to Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Sunday: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Monday

We are looking for someone who is passionate about interacting with parents, skilled at managing leads, and motivated to convert enquiries into admissions. Candidates with a strong sales mindset and the ability to build trust with parents are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
