Job Description: Counsel the students and guide them with the right career options. Convert the Walk-ins into admissions for the education courses we provide. Handling outbound calls/Inbound calls to explain the products/courses. Ensure meeting the sales/ revenue targets set for the branch. Making calls to the cold leads regularly. Responsible for converting telephone inquiries into admissions Maintain accurate and complete student records. Must be available on phone to students/clients if they are facing problems (After office hrs). Strong follow-ups for generating walk-ins Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counseling as per the timelines Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
