1. Counseling Students and parents about our courses and programs.
2.Handling entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counseling, Admission, Orientation, Support, Satisfaction, Retention and Productive Output.3. Interaction with students and parents on routine basis for doubt clearing, general counseling and progress feedback4.Visiting potential customer & Schools for new business5. Responsible for Admission target for the respected centre. Manage direct parent enquiry handling and also manage telephonic enquiries.6. Visiting schools or student premises by taking prior appointment and present details to parents.7.Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes.8. Conducting tests , assignments etc, updating records in software9. Study material distribution and allocation10. Fee collection and petty cash management as and when required11. Liaison with Head Office for upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes12. Handling the centre administration and upkeeping of the centres infrastructure.
13.Cold-calling from a given data base for lead generation.
