Key Responsibilities

Lead Management

• Handle inbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
• Maintain a lead database and follow up regularly.
• Convert prospective leads into admissions through consistent communication.

Counselling & Communication

• Understand the needs and concerns of parents.
• Clearly explain the school’s philosophy, curriculum, activities, and admission process.
• Offer guidance and address queries empathetically and professionally.

Admissions Process

• Schedule and conduct campus tours and parent meetings.
• Assist parents with application forms and documentation.
• Coordinate with the accounts and academic team to ensure smooth onboarding.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, visits, and enrolments.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on admissions status and conversion rates.

Marketing & Outreach

• Participate in promotional events, school fairs, and open houses.
• Collaborate with marketing for social media campaigns and lead generation activities.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Empathetic listener and persuasive speaker
• Ability to handle objections and close admissions
• Organised, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Marketing preferred)
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in counselling, customer service, or sales (Preschool/School experience is a plus)
