Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the admissions process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities, a student-first mindset, and the confidence to represent our institution professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, eligibility, and career pathways
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins with clarity and professionalism
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth on-boarding and documentation
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, and outreach activities

Candidate Profile:

• 1–6 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or student services
• Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Hindi
• Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse student profiles
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications is a plus
