Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Counselor / Admission Counselor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, providing career counseling, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role is critical in helping prospective students understand the value of our digital marketing programs and assisting them in making informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert counseling to prospective students regarding courses, career options, and the digital marketing industry.
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, and convert them into successful admissions.
• Conduct follow-ups with leads and maintain a strong relationship to drive conversions.
• Assist students through the entire admission process, including course selection, application, enrollment, and payment follow-up.
• Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate record-keeping of student interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to align on campaign goals and student expectations.
• Participate in webinars, education fairs, and open houses as required.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing education and career opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Counseling, Psychology, or Business Administration).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in counseling, student admissions, or educational sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
