Position – Admission Counsellor

Euro School, Gunjur is looking for dynamic and results-driven Admissions Counsellors with a strong background in sales and marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator with a passion for education and a proven ability to work under pressure and achieve ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counselling and Admissions: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their parents. Conduct engaging one-on-one and group counselling sessions to provide detailed information about Euro School's curriculum, facilities, and unique educational philosophy.
  • Sales and Marketing: Actively participate in the school's marketing and admissions campaigns. This includes generating leads, following up on inquiries, and converting them into enrollments. Develop and implement strategies to increase student admissions and meet or exceed enrollment targets.
  • Target Achievement: Take ownership of individual and team targets for student admissions. Track and report on progress regularly, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure goals are met.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with prospective families throughout the admissions process. Foster a welcoming and supportive environment that reflects the school's values.
  • Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospective families in the school's database. Prepare and submit regular reports on admissions activities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or admissions role, mandatorily within the education sector.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve and surpass sales or admissions targets.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A friendly, approachable, and empathetic demeanor with a strong ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant office productivity tools.
